We are a leading and acknowledged manufacturer and exporter of High Density Polyethylene Woven Sacks, Polypropylene Woven Sacks, Tarpaulins, Fabrics and Sand Bags. HDPE & PP Woven Sacks are used to pack Starch, Cement, Fertilizers, Chemicals, Detergents, Foodgrains, Sugar, and Salt. Our Infrastructure

We are backed by a strong infrastructure, which possesses the right blend of efficient and qualified workforce as well as highly advanced machinery. The plant is fully modernized and automated having 50 Lohia Circular Looms of Austrian origin. We use the latest T'Die technology in the production process. The plant is also equipped with a high power generator set for un-interrupted power supply. It has an installed capacity of producing 30 million sand bags per annum. We are outfitted with the latest in-house finishing and testing facilities. Highly qualified technical and non technical staff and supervisors having vast experience in the industry are the backbone of Arvind Chemi Synthetics. They are regularly trained and encouraged by constant appraisals and recognition of work. These measures assist us in excelling in our area of work by supplying world class quality products.

Quality

Quality checks are a must so as to ensure a defect free product, which is why we adhere to international quality inspection measures. We possess a state-of-the-art unit with latest TDie technology plant and Lohia Starlinger Circular looms of Austrian origin along with in-house testing facilities to meet the domestic and international standards of quality. We are registered with United Nations Peace Keeping Force, New York for supply of Sand Bags, which reflects their high quality levels.

• First company in India to have introduced the concept of Sand Bags to Ministry of Defence in the year 1986 and after successful trials got them introduced for their use
